Privacy Policy

• Your name, WhatsApp number and, if you give it, your email address.
• Your bookings: courts, dates, times, prices and booking codes.
• Your payments: amount, payment type and date. Card and bank details are handled by the payment provider, not by us.
• For memberships and walk-ins entered by our staff: the same details, typed in at the front desk.

Only to run your bookings: to hold your court, take payment, confirm it, contact you about a booking (for example to reschedule), and keep our own records and accounts. We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for advertising.

• Midtrans, to take online payments.
• Supabase, to store bookings securely.
• Google Calendar, so our staff see the court schedule. Booking entries show your name and booking details.
• WhatsApp, when you message us or we message you about a booking.

Each of these services only gets what it needs for its part.

As long as we need it for your bookings and our records. Ask us and we'll delete what we don't need to keep by law.
